Things You Need to Know
We take pride and care in our products and ensure that quality checks are done before delivery.
All deliveries shall be scheduled with the importance of being marked as Fragile care. Mistakes do happen and should your product be delivered damaged, we will accept returns.
Limitations to returns:
Original postage is not refundable.
The query must be logged within 24 hours of receipt of the product for damaged goods.
We are a small business and hence we cannot afford refunds/ returns or exchanges outside of damaged goods.
A standard delivery fee of R65 shall be applied.
We currently do not ship outside of the borders of South Africa.
The address that is used when purchasing the product will be deemed as a delivery address, so it is therefore important that the correct details are provided.
We use automated processes and cancellations are unfortunately not possible once an order has been placed and processed. We will be willing to understand the problem and come to an arrangement should we deem it reasonable.
